"I have been coming to Essential Aesthetics for a year now. I moved to Charlotte from New Orleans and I was very hesitant about trying a new laser spa. My consultation with Lori was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. As an African American woman a lot of laser places don’t cater to my skin type. Essential Aesthetics definitely does! For 20 plus years I have suffered with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), therefore I have a lot of scar tissue and ingrown hairs. Since starting my laser journey my I don’t get ingrown hairs anymore. My laser technician Faith is spectacular!!! She is so genuine and passionate about what she does. If I have questions or concerns she has no problem answering them. She gives her honest opinion on what services I truly need. Thank you Faith! I can’t wait to get my first chemical peel next week. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend because Essential Aesthetics!"

"Gracie and the entire staff was very warm the minute I walked through the door. They offer all kinds of services. I had a chemical peel done and so far extremely happy. I already scheduled my next apt. The best results are seen by doing multiple treatments. Much more affordable than what I had found via research, and it was medical grade. Lori had a personal touch, and even called me on my cell to confirm the appt. and answer any questions I had before.The office is in the Blakeney area and is clean and professional, but also relaxing. It's comforting to know Lori is licensed, and she's genuine and honest. She helped me with a "game plan" for my skin in the future as I turn 30 in two weeks. She gave me advice on product, cleaning techniques and how to fix my "problem" areas (blemish and scarring) I had the anti-aging facial with the microdermabrasion. It felt GREAT!! Very pleasant, and my skin was glowing afterward! I trusted Lori completely.Lori feels like a friend after you leave, she even gave me a free Image serum! Talk about not being pressured to buy product :) and she offers $50 first time facials. Great for a gift for mom or a friend! I even booked another appt. in two weeks for a laser treatment.
