I was referred to this business on 7/29. On or around 7/31, I went out to their website and completed their online form for a laser scar removal consultation. Today is 8/9 and no one responded to my online request. I decided to just call today to see if I could get in. These businesses really should understand that customer service soft skills are just as important as the services that they provide. I explained to the person that answered the call that I had previously sent in an online request with no response to wanting to set up a consultation. There was no apology on my experience and the only response was when do you want to come. I was taken aback because normally a business would like to know what is the consultation for and then would explain their consultation process. I didn’t get any of this and wasn’t even told if there was a fee associated with the consultation. I got nothing accept feeling like I was being a bother. In the end, I choose to spend my money with businesses that value new clients and their experience.
Megan is amazing and facials with her are always worth it. I've done hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and regular facials with her. My skin looks so good after and I feel so comfortable during. Def go to her!
