"I have been coming to Essential Aesthetics for a year now. I moved to Charlotte from New Orleans and I was very hesitant about trying a new laser spa. My consultation with Lori was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. As an African American woman a lot of laser places don’t cater to my skin type. Essential Aesthetics definitely does! For 20 plus years I have suffered with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), therefore I have a lot of scar tissue and ingrown hairs. Since starting my laser journey my I don’t get ingrown hairs anymore. My laser technician Faith is spectacular!!! She is so genuine and passionate about what she does. If I have questions or concerns she has no problem answering them. She gives her honest opinion on what services I truly need. Thank you Faith! I can’t wait to get my first chemical peel next week. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend because Essential Aesthetics!"
"Essential Aesthetics better known as the “million dollar med spa” has been a life changing experience! I am a black woman who suffers from hirsutism therefore I am very hairy! I’ve had my underarms, Brazilian, legs, and lower face lasered and my results have been top-tier. Did I mention that I don’t get ingrown hairs anymore?! I also had a chemical peel, which yielded great results. All of the estheticians have been lovely, but Joy has been my favorite. As a fellow black woman she had educated me on different products and services that can help melanated skin. I will continue coming to Essential Aesthetics!"

"Gracie and the entire staff was very warm the minute I walked through the door. They offer all kinds of services. I had a chemical peel done and so far extremely happy. I already scheduled my next apt. The best results are seen by doing multiple treatments. Much more affordable than what I had found via research, and it was medical grade. Gracie was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. Can’t wait to go back"
