"Loved my luxury facial here at The Million Dollar spa . Where the world of beauty meets advanced Laser technology. Skin rejuvenation is their specialty. This facility was featured and seen on Keeping up with the Kardashians. They have over one million dollars worth of Laser equipment here hence the reason they are Refered to by the Million Dollar  Laser Spa.   Joy provided the luxury facial along with the Gua Sha technique on my face, neck & under eye area. I don’t know if it’s just me but I swore the puffiness under my eyes were gone once she performed that under my area . So now I am doing that technique  at home because it seems to be very effective. I left leaving their spa extra rejuvenated. They have a variety of other services here like fillers and more. I have been flirting with the idea of fillers under my area , they have well trained and certified nurses etc here as well I have seen a lot of their before and afters and the pics are very impressive."

"I can’t ever begin to tell you what a great experience I had with this company. First of all, I had messes up my schedule, had to cancel and 8am appointment at midnight before, then found out about 7am that I was able to make it after all and Lori, had contacted me on both occasions to accommodate me. Kristian came in to do services for my lips and eyebrows in a moments notice. She explained everything as each step was going on and her attitude was a nice surprise. Not only did I enjoy the customer service part of these services I am super excited to see the final results.  The receptionist Reanna is extremely knowledgeable so give them a call and book... you won’t be sorry."

"Such a beautiful and kind staff. Not only is the office pretty when you walk in, but the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming. I was a little nervous because I have never had any hair removal or skin work done. Nerves left as soon as I had my consultation with Lori and Grace. There are no enough words to explain how patient and calming they were with me. Not to mention, very cool personalities. This office is professional as well as friendly. You can tell they care and want you to be happy, not just to make money. If you are reading this, then that means you are trying to find a spot. Check this one out. Also, look at all their staff. "I haven’t had a facial since I moved to Charlotte, so I did a quick Yelp search and Lori at Essentials came up quickly and was very highly rated. Let me tell you, this was 100% accurate! Lori had a personal touch, and even called me on my cell to confirm the appt. and answer any questions I had before.The office is in the Blakeney area and is clean and professional, but also relaxing. It’s comforting to know Lori is licensed, and she’s genuine and honest. She helped me with a "game plan" for my skin in the future as I turn 30 in two weeks. She gave me advice on product, cleaning techniques and how to fix my "problem" areas (blemish and scarring) I had the anti-aging facial with the microdermabrasion. It felt GREAT!! Very pleasant, and my skin was glowing afterward! I trusted Lori completely.Lori feels like a friend after you leave, she even gave me a free Image serum! Talk about not being pressured to buy product :) and she offers $50 first time facials. Great for a gift for mom or a friend! I even booked another appt. in two weeks for a laser treatment.
